24" Super 24 Dovetail Jig - Rout Through, Half-blind and Sliding Dovetails as well as two sizes of box joints and single pass Half-blind dovetails. Variably spaced, through dovetails, half-blind dovetails and box joints are all possible. The infinitely adjustable one piece fingers are easily positioned for any joint pattern and you are always guaranteed a half pin at each edge of the joint, regardless of board width. Install the included cross cut fence, and the dovetail finger assembly becomes a sliding dovetail template. For fast production you can rout half-blind pin boards and tail boards at the same time! The finger assembly produces two sizes of box joints, 5/16" and 5/8". Use the supplied spacer to position the fingers and offset the socket board and rout perfect joints. Super Jigs include the unique Leigh e7 guide bush which enables very precise adjustments of joint fit to box joints and sliding dovetails. Also includes: 8° and 14° dovetail cutters, 5/16" diameter straight cutter (all 8mm shank), comprehensive user guide, instructional DVD, cam action material clamps, guide bars for cutting sliding dovetails and mounting hardware. Please note: Leigh dovetail jig design is based on the imperial system of measurement but adjustment scales are available in either metric or imperial versions, the metric scales showing imperial equivalents,12.7mm, 9.5mm etc.N.B.
